48th Annual Mud-N-Yer Eye Frolic Registration - April 26 -28
Frolic Registration
When: April 26 – 28, 2024
Where: Hollister Hills State Vehicular Recreation Area

Trail: The trail run will be a designated trail this year. The trail layout at Frolic is for more experienced wheelers with all makes and sizes of vehicles attending. There are, of course, the traditional 'by-passes' that most four-wheel drive events offer for those who choose to go around the technical spots.
Registration: Includes 2 nights camping, Friday Free Wheeling, Saturday Four-Wheel Drive trail run, games, 1 poker hand, 1 dash plaque and Live Music Saturday Night.
Dinner: No Dinners
Raffle: 50/50 cash raffle and small raffle Saturday night

● Confirmations will only be emailed. Physical confirmation will not mailed out.
● CA4WDC safety requirements will be enforced
● No motorcycles, ATV's, UTV, Side by Side, Sandrails, or Baja's (Four Wheel Drive Vehicles ONLY)

Please limit the number of vehicles in camp due to limited camping space.
Frolic 2023 registration is closed but you can register at the area 5 gate for $60.00 per vehicle

Safety Requirements
The following safety rules will be enforced for vehicles registered for the event.
- Roll bar or factory installed hard top.
- Emergency brake, parking brake, line-lock or other redundant braking system.
- Tow strap or rope (recommend rated at 2 times the vehicle weight).
- First aid kit.
- Jack capable of lifting the vehicle & tools to change tire.
- Spare tire within 3 inches diameter of other tires, or, for tires 37" or larger, run-flats or tools to repair/reinflate tire.
- Fire extinguisher with gauge indicating good/full, appropriately stored.
- Seat belts for all vehicle occupants.
- Antennas must be rigid or restrained in a manner to prevent injuries.
- Adequate attachment points front and rear, i.e. tow hooks, receiver, etc. Tow balls are not permitted.
- Battery hold downs (no bungie cords).
